Returns
- Please note: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 1–2 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the damage.
- Shipping for damaged/defective items may be covered with email approved.
- Requests made after the 2-day window may not be honored.
What Happens Next
If your claim is approved:
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability.
- Shipping cost are non-refundable and the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PIECES, WILL RESULT IS REFUSAL OF EXCHANGE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
